Rules of Conduct - currently under review

For the comfort and well-being of everyone, as well as for maintenance of order during the tournament, we ask that you, as leaders, referees, and players, read and here to following rules during your stay in Skövde. Each team leader is responsible for ensuring that the rules are followed by their team.

  • Tables and chairs in classrooms should be returned to their original arrangement after use. Take a photo with a camera or sketch the table layout.
  • The use of computers, projectors, TVs, videos, or other electronic equipment available in the classrooms is prohibited. Damaged equipment attracts fines.
  • At least one leader or parent must stay in the classroom with each team.
  • Smoking is prohibited indoors, on buses, and directly adjacent to entrances. 
  • In accommodations and all sports gyms, the consumption of beer, wine, spirits, and other alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
  • Mobile phones, tablets, computers,and similar devices should only be used respectfully with consideration for other participants and officials. In case of violations, the organizing association has the right to confiscate the item until checkout.
  • It is not permitted to enter any basketball court with outdoor shoes.
  • Dribbling and playing with balls are prohibited indoors, except on the basketball court. Balls used for dribbling and playing indoors will be confiscated until checkout.
  • It is forbidden to touch materials in the accommodations such as books, TVs, posters, and bulletin boards.
  • Never use emergency exits for entering or exiting unless in an emergency, and the emergency exits must not be blocked for any reason whatsoever. Also, make sure to check where the emergency exits are in your accommodations.
  • Parking outside the gyms and schools must be done in designated areas. Buses should park in separate bus parking areas. Kindly Note: It is prohibited to park in school premises within Skövde Municipality.
  • Show consideration for teams with early games! There should be silence in the accommodations from 23:00

ATTENTION! By 11:00 on Sunday, classrooms/accommodations must be emptied and cleaned.Venue hosts will check to ensure everything is in order and will sign your receipt, with which your deposit of 5 000 SEK will be returned (at the tournament office at Arena Skövde)

If any of the above rules are flaunted, the organizing association reserves the right to exclude both the team and the club from the tournament with immediate effect.

In case of damage or theft, the responsible club will be liable to pay for compensation.

Venue hosts are available at each accommodation to assist you. we also have a kiosk on site.

ATTENTION: Please be aware that nuts in all forms are prohibited in classrooms, dining areas, and all gyms.
