January 15, 2025 – Final day to cancel and receive a refund for the registration fee (minus transaction fees).

January 31, 2025 – Last day to register the number of tournament entry access for your teams. The order for the tournament T-shirt must also be placed at the time of registration. However, everyone who purchases digital tournament entry access A or B gets a T-shirt.

Attention!  You may adjust the total number of tournament entry access before making payment. Once payment is made, refunds will only be granted upon submission of a medical certificate in the event of injury or illness. The certificate must be emailed to sthelenabasket.skovde@outlook.com no later than April 30, 2025.

March 10, 2025 – Final deadline for the payments for tournament entry access.

March 10, 2025 –  Final deadline for age exemption applications. A 300 SEK non-refundable fee applies per application.

April 1, 2025 – Final deadline for submitting special dietary requests.
