Application fee

the application fee is paid directly at the time of application, either through card or KLARNA invoice.

Teams that stay at hotel or school arranged by the tournament committee pay 2 900 SEK per team (the discount is deducted at the point of registration).

Teams that arrange their accommodation themselves are required to pay 6 000 SEK per team.

Team withdrawal

The application fee is refunded (excluding the transaction fee of  114 SEK-/team) if withdrawal is done before 15 th January 2025. There will be no refund of the application feeif the withdrawal is done after 15 th of January

If a team withdraws a week to the tournament, the team would be debited 6 000 SEK.

UPATES FOR 2025

We are introducing digital entry access for the tournament ( QR-code) which is to be presented at the accommodation, canteen and buses.

The fees for the digital entry access must be paid to and received by us latest on the 28th of March 2025

There are two categories of the tournament entry access which are A and B.

Tournament entry access A with school accommodationcosts 1 900 SEK each.

Tournament entry access B with hotel accommodation (excluding overnight stay) costs 1 600 SEK each.

Refunds based on sickness and injuries

The tournament digital entry access fees can only be refunded on the basis of sickness or injuries. Evidence of this should be sent to this email adress: sthelenabasket.skovde@outlook.com latest 1st of May 2025.

Payment Information

All payments are made on the application website through card payments or Klarna. Transaction fees are included in the stipulated prices.
