In addition to Viby Basket, 15 other teams played in Flickor 07. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Viby Basket Röd could be found in Group C together with Malbas F08 Svart, Ytterby IS and Kungsbacka Basket.

Viby Basket Röd continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against KFUM Uppsala Basket with 18-44. In the Final, KFUM Uppsala Basket won over Lobas Vit and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 07.
