Kvarnby Basket was one of 44 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skövde Basketcup 2022. They participated with 13 teams in all categories except Pojkar 10/11 and Pojkar 06. The team in Flickor 06 made it to the the Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against ONSALA PIRATES BBK by 30-31.

Kvarnby comes from Mölnlycke which lies approximately 130 km from Skövde, where Skövde Basketcup takes place. The area around Mölnlycke does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Skövde Basketcup 2022 (Kungsbacka Basket, ONSALA PIRATES BBK, Ytterby IS Basket, BK Marbo, Lerum Basket, Ytterby IS, Eastside Basket, Lindome Basket and Kullavik Basket).
